At the beginning of 2022, we were approached by a development company with an unusual request for us - to analyze trends and best practices in suburban elite architecture and urban planning. The task was both to develop an analysis of premium architecture in terms of the materials used, constructive solutions, architectural and interior styles and technologies, and to offer our vision of the master plan for a gated community with a cost of home ownership of to 2,000,000 to 5,000,000 USD.
